   To ensure proper credit to your cheque, kindly write down the participant's name and seminar title on the reverse of your cheque. Thank you.

Terms & Conditions (Withdrawal)

1. All notice of withdrawal must be given in writing.
2. No-shows will be billed
3. If notice of withdrawal is given 14 days or more before commencement of the programme, no cancellation fee will be levied.
4. If notice of withdrawal is given less than 14 days before commencing date, a 30% cancellation fee will be levied.
5. If no notification of withdrawal is received by commencement date, the full course fee will be charged.
6. Withdrawals and cancellations are not permitted once the seminar and registration are confirmed. In the event of any cancellation / withdrawal, the full course fee will be charged. However, substitutions from the same company are allowed. Please inform us at least 3
   working days prior to the commencement of programme.
7. SMa reserves the right to cancel the programmes without prior notice and full refund will be given under such circumstances.
