Positions Available

Training Administration Coordinator  

The Training Administration Coordinator will provide full administrative support to the sales team for training courses at Centre for Corporate Learning.  

 Responsibilities:

  • Involved in coordination scope of work and logistical preparation for training classes. 
  • Responsible for registration processes and administration, the creation and maintenance of participants' records in the database.
  • Attend to customers' enquiries, requests, and registrations with service excellence.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation. 

Requirements:  

  • Minimum Diploma holder with at least 2 years' relevant experience preferred. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint.
  • Prior knowledge in corporate training will be an advantage
  • Good written and oral communication with strong planning and organising skills.
  • A good team player and ability to work under pressure and on tight schedule in a dynamic working environment.
  • Preferably able to commence work immediately or within short notice
  • Only Singaporeans or Singapore PRs need to apply

 

Senior Executive, HR & Administration

Reporting to the Director of Human Resource and Administration, you will provide tactical and operational HR/Administration support in the following areas:

Responsibilities

  • Solely in charge of supporting respective divisions’ training needs including planning and execution of total company training plan, training needs analysis, training evaluation and proper maintenance of staff training records
  • Take a leading role, whilst working closely with the staff recreation committee to organize regular recreational activities for the staff
  • Handle all payroll administration including commission calculation, CPF submission and tax reporting
  • Complete statutory manpower statistical reports, as well as monthly or quarterly HR management reports
  • Assist the Manager in yearly appraisal exercise, staff climate survey, bonus and annual increment exercises
  • Assist and supervise the Assistant Executive in managing staffing and recruitment needs including drafting of recruitment ads and conducting interviews as and when required
  • Provide supervision and guidance to the Assistant Executive in all other day to day HR & Administration matters
  • Participate in ad hoc HR/Admin projects and provide backup in general office administration matters as and when required
Requirements
  • Min. diploma in HRM, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 4-6 years’ experiences in handling the full spectrum of HR function
  • Able to handle functions like staff training and development, staff recreation and team building activities, payroll administration and various HR projects independently, without much supervision.
  • Familiar with the employment act and latest HR trends and practices
  • Good interviewing and communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to relate well with people at all levels
  • Resourceful, well organized, meticulous, and with good working attitude
  • Able to work independently and multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge in training needs analysis and TCTP will be a strong advantage
