Tasks and Responsibilities:

Design and manufacturing of product modules using engineering plastics for new desalination process that meet requirements of:

> Mechanical strength

> Flow pattern optimization through fluid dynamics analyses and modeling

Requirement:

- Expertise with engineering plastics, properties and manufacturing (injection molding)

- Familiar with various bonding and sealing methods for plastics for system integrity

- Good understanding of Fluid dynamics for product and process modeling & optimization

Senior Engineer/Manager - Manufacturing

- Set up manufacturing facilities (locally & overseas):

> Manufacturing plant design and setup;
> Manufacturing process design and setup
> Automation
> Staff planning

Requirement:

- Degree Engineer (mechanical, chemical) with >10 years of hands-on experience in

> New Product manufacturing and launch
> Scale up, manufacturing and automation of plastics parts and assembly

Responsibilities:

· Able to read and interpet technical drawings

· For CNC Programmer cum Setter must be able to use MasterCam

· Set up, adjust, and operate basic machine tools in order to perform precision machining operations.

· Maintain and operating machines or equipment

Requirements:

· Higher NITEC/NITEC/Diploma in Precision Machining
