Learning does not have to take place in the classroom. The Global Ready Talent Programme (Internships) offers young talent access to local and overseas internships and work opportunities in promising enterprises.

GRT (Internship) will support companies that are keen to build their talent pipeline to support expansion plans. Enterprise Singapore, together with Trade Associations (TACs) and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) partners, facilitates internship placements in Singapore enterprises. Qualified Singapore enterprises will be evaluated by TACs to be place on-board the programme, while the IHLs will drive student participation in Singapore enterprises.
