The SMF delegation visited Guangzhou Aixiang Technology Co, Ltd (广州艾翔科技有限公司) gaining invaluable insights into the forefront of data analysis, data security, and processing applications. The innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology on display showcased the immense potential for improving efficiency and security in various industrial processes.

This visit to the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City highlighted remarkable achievements in technological innovation, biopharmaceuticals, intelligent manufacturing, and industrial development. Key topics discussed include the expansive opportunities for collaboration between Singapore companies and the Knowledge City in areas such as joint research and development, knowledge exchange, and technological advancements in manufacturing solutions.

A key highlight of the trip was the visit to Huawei. The delegation observed the latest advancements in 5G technology. The tour provided an in-depth understanding of how Huawei is spearheading the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and communication networks, which are set up to revolutionise various industries by enabling faster, and more secure connectivity.

In Huicheng District, the delegation visited several high-tech corporations, witnessing the latest developments in intelligent manufacturing and Chinese high-tech industries. The District Mayor, Mr. Tian Sheng Si, introduced the SMF delegation to the Lyric Robot and LTK Cable where the delegation saw firsthand the innovative manufacturing processes and technological advancements in the intelligent equipment production and electronic cable industry.

The Xinqiao East Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Park located in Bao’an District, provided insights into the latest trends and innovations in advanced manufacturing. The industrial park is a testament to the rapid technological advancements and robust industrial growth in Shenzhen, offering a glimpse into the future of manufacturing with smart factories, automation, and sustainable practices.
