SMF President Mr Lennon Tan met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Singapore, His Excellency Kakhramon Shakirov on 20 February 2023.
Following the renewed MOU signed with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan on 16 January 2023, SMF President Mr Lennon Tan met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Singapore, His Excellency Kakhramon Shakirov on 20 February 2023 to discuss areas of collaboration.

Both parties had a fruitful discussion on various possible collaboration opportunities that can enable both countries' SMEs to work together for business expansion. The SMF looks forward to bringing our members even more value by bringing them opportunities in exploring business prospects in Uzbekistan.
The Ambassador presented a token to SMF President after the discussion.
